Assessment for this qualification is 100% project-based, comprising:

Component 1: Personal Portfolio (50%)

A sustained body of creative work that demonstrates your ideas, experimentation, refinement and recording of aspirations.

A creative project based on a theme provided by the awarding body. You’ll produce work that shows your personal response and application of technical skills.

Both components must be completed within your chosen endorsed title (e.g. Fine Art, Photography or Textiles), and work is evaluated based on clear assessment objectives covering exploration, development, technical skills and personal expression.

LLC supports you through preparation, guidance and feedback on each component, with clear milestones and bespoke learning resources to keep you moving confidently toward assessment.

2 day exam can be take online through LLC, or if preferred, through an exam centre as an in-person candidate.
